After upgrading to Windows 8 then 8. Is there a fix to this or am I just out of luck? This issue can be caused due to compatibility issue between Dell cn Color Laser Printer and Windows 8. I would suggest you to install the printer drivers in Windows 8 compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Dell 3130cn driver windows 10
Every time I try to print from my Dell cn printer from the Internet Explorer 10 browser with Windows 8 Pro 32 bit, it crashes. Note: Everything works fine with the Firefox and Chrome browsers, so it’s not the Dell cn printer driver distributed via Windows 8 on-line driver feature.
