I can’t even open it and troubleshooting tells me its incompatible, but it’s not. I checked the compatibility list and it’s listed in there. I use Publisher all the time and find it very frustrating that I can’t save a new file or open any of my old working files. My old computer did have the software installed, it crashed and I restored that old computer to factory settings.
It is possible that you have a “free” 1 year subscription to Office Personal that came with your computer. I don’t know how it would show up in Programs and Features.
