The file doctor requires an Admin password – if I have one, I don’t know where it is. File doctor cannot find my qbw I did a search on laptop – nothing. I updated it to by downloading the app.
I cannot find documentation for that purchase. It seems I need the QB Pro application at the minimum. Then I need to find or replace my Admin password.
