The idea of an annual subscription is that when the programmes are improved you get the update automatically so you don’t have to keep buying the newer versions. So my advice to you would be to start using Outlook and see how much better it is and then pay your annual subscription to get Office.

Windows 10 mail vs outlook 2016 free download
I have a new laptop running Win 10 and a Lumia running Win 10 mob. I use the mail app and have 3 accounts that sync between devices and calendars. It wont open Mail application even though it is the default email application, so the only option is to save frer file, close the program, open Mail and then attach the file I’ve just saved and send. It seems that Microsoft want to stop you picking the software mwil want to use and push you towards their own software, but if they have multiple versions Mail, Live, Outlook etc then you can’t chose one over the other or get rid of the other one. I have tried MS support for what good that did, but after 25 minutes I had asked my question to several different people and no answers apart from someone with a basic grasp of the English language asking for remote access to my PC!
